1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Eutepio app or website eutepio.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not continue using it.
2. License to use
Eutepio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and professional use of the app in accordance with these terms. You may not decompile, modify, or distribute the app without written consent.
3. Beta and funding model
Eutepio is in beta and available free of charge. Users may make voluntary contributions to support development. Features and limits may change during development. We will notify users of changes by email or in-app notification.
4. User content
Your songs, setlists and other content remain your property. Eutepio claims no rights to your content. Your content stays on your device — we do not store it on servers.
5. Limitation of liability
Eutepio is software in beta. You use it at your own risk. We do not provide guarantees of error-free operation. Our maximum liability is the amount of any contribution paid in the last 12 months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts in Prague.
