Switching from SongBook Pro
Bring your repertoire with you.
Eutepio reads a SongBook Pro backup. Songs and setlists come across in one go — nothing to retype by hand.
Three steps
Export a backup
Make a backup in SongBook Pro. You get a file ending in .sbpbackup.
Open it in Eutepio
In your Library choose import and pick that file. That is all there is to it.
Check what arrived
The app flags songs you already have, so you do not end up with duplicates.
What comes across and what does not
We say this up front so the import holds no surprises.
Comes across
- Songs with their lyrics and chords
- Chord notation is rewritten to ChordPro so chords sit above the right syllable
- Setlists
- Text notes on songs
- Selected metadata — title, artist, key
Does not come across
- PDFs and scanned sheet music
- Hand-drawn marks and highlights
- Settings from the original app
Attachments have to be added by hand. Once they are in Eutepio, you send them to the whole band as a single file. Import details in the docs →
Why switch at all
The whole band on one page
The leader changes the song and everyone follows. Over the Wi-Fi in your rehearsal room, with no internet and no account.
A pre-gig check
One question tells you who is missing a song or a sheet, and whose battery is running low.
Nothing holds you here
Export your library to ChordPro or PDF whenever you want. No lock on your content.
Try it with one song.
Eutepio is in closed beta and free for the whole beta. Sign up and we will send you an invitation.

SongBook Pro is a trademark of its respective owner. Eutepio is not affiliated with it, does not work with it, and is neither endorsed nor approved by it. We use the name here only to describe which app Eutepio can read a backup from — there is no other way to say it. The import reads a file you export yourself from your own device; no data passes between the apps directly.
